Navitas Human Capital Consulting was founded to assist organizations and individuals reach their highest potential.
For organizations, we provide cost-effective, strategic human resource consultancy designed specifically to help start-up, small business, and non-profit organizations reach their maximum potential through maximizing their greatest asset—their people.
For individuals we provide coaching, as well as career and professional development programs, designed to help each person discover and reach their professional goals. We work with individuals from all backgrounds and career levels and offer a specialty in programs designed to assist individuals from traditionally under-served communities, including teens and at-risk youth. Our programs are available for delivery to groups, as well as in a one-on-one format.
